Q. Can I ship you my stock tank and fenders to be painted?

A. Yes. Ship us your parts and we will have them completed and ready to ship back to you within about 7 to 10 business days. We will even send you shipping labels and pay for your shipping costs!

Q. Am I required to send you my stock painted parts after receiving my new Vivid Dragon Custom Paint Set?

The choice is yours. You can choose to keep your stock painted tank and fenders to store away and save if you ever want to put them back on your motorcycle. Or you can take advantage of our Exchange Program and receive money back for your original factory parts.

Q. What kind of paint do you use?

A. We only use House of Kolor for the most vibrant Pearls, Metallics and Kandies available along with the best Clearcoat for superior Protection and Finish.

Q. How much clear do you put on?

A. With our optional Double Shot of Clearcoat, your new Custom Paint Sets gets cleared twice! We will clear your set with 4 coats of clear, sand down smooth any edges from the graphics and clear it again with another 4 coats of clear. Your Custom Paint Set is then sanded, buffed and polished to an absolute show-quality mirror finish. Our Double Shot of Clearcoat guarantees you the ultimate in depth and luster and doubles the amount of protection for your custom paint job.

A. Standard Domestic shipping / handling is FREE on all Vivid Dragon Custom Paint Sets. Should you choose to take advantage of our Exchange Program, we will send you shipping labels and even pay your shipping costs of your original parts back to us for you!!

A. Although we strive to do our best and add photos to our Customer Bike Photos section whenever we receive them, it would be virtually impossible to have photos of the literally thousands and thousands of model / paint set combinations available.

Q. I have wrecked my Harley. Can you work with my insurance company?

A. Yes, we can. We will provide your insurance company with all the proper detailed documentation that they require. Most times, our Custom Paint Sets cost less and take less time than stock painted replacement parts.
